Here’s a random assortment of things that might be useful. These items are written on a “you should know this” level – there are few, if any, explanations and thorough treatments of the material will not be found here.
- Classical Mechanics
- A Brief Guide to Classical Mechanics – A very short overview of Langrangian and Hamiltonian mechanics. Deals with small oscillations about equilibrium points and Poisson brackets.
- Classical Mechanics Flash Cards - A collection of classical mechanics equations (especially angular/orbital) presented in a flash card-type format.
- A Brief Guide to Special Relativity – A short overview of basic special relativity that everyone should know.
- Quantum Mechanics
- final-notes – Some important equations dealing with second quantization, mean field theory, and Green’s functions.
- Electricity and Magnetism
- E&M Flash Cards – A list of E&M equations presented in flash-card style. Good for memorizing formulas, not for reference.
